SHIPPING POLICY
At PERSICA CRAFT, we take great care in delivering User’s products, and we partner only with reputed couriers. Shipping may be free on certain items and charged on remaining. Shipping charges are mentioned in the Product page.
Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
PERSICA CRAFTwill always and at any time has the discretion to amend the shipping policy as per the Laws of the state, territory and country and policies of the company
Cancellations
PERSICA CRAFT will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
In the odd case that User does not love PERSICA CRAFT products, here is our policy on returns:
Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 10 days (7 days for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on the Website’s product screens under shipping information.
Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, some items may be “Final Sale.” The User is requested to make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
The PERSICA CRAFT Handicrafts Care team must receive and approve User’s return request. Once the request is received and approved, PERSICA will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
In the unlikely event that User’s merchandise arrives damaged, User should email PERSICA CRAFT a photo of the damaged product with a product identification code. The User must email about any damaged items in the shipment within 48 hours of receiving User’s order.
Upon authorization of returns, PERSICA CRAFT will gladly offer the User an exchange or refund. The User could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on his original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee of Rs.100 per order will be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
